Permit Information
Permits are required for the building and repair of the items listed below. The fee for the permit is $25.00 and can be obtained from the District office located at 1122 Cedar Lane in El Lago.
- Swimming pools
- Irrigation systems
- Water line repair outside the slab
- Sewer line repair outside the slab
- Possible easement encroachments (i.e., new building construction, additions to existing buildings)
